By using inabah, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Definitions
User/Service Requester, Beneficiary, Service Provider (Pilgrim), and Request.

3. Service Scope
Inaba connects service requesters with approved pilgrims and currently provides:
- Umrah for deceased persons
- Umrah for incapacitated individuals
- Group Umrah
Future services may be added and announced through the platform.

4. User Eligibility
Users must be at least 18 years old, provide accurate information, and pay applicable fees.

5. Service Provider Requirements
Verified identity, Shariah eligibility, ritual documentation, rating maintenance, and compliance with platform rules.

6. Request and Assignment Process
Requests are created through the application and assigned according to availability, ratings, and specialization.

7. Pricing and Payments
Service fees are displayed before confirmation and paid electronically through approved gateways.

8. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Requests may be cancelled before Ihram. Full refunds apply when execution is not possible due to platform-related reasons.

9. Complaints and Compensation
Complaints are reviewed and responded to within 48 hours. Corrective actions may include re-execution or refund.

10. Limitation of Liability
The platform does not guarantee acceptance of worship and is not responsible for force majeure events.

11. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, software, content, logos, and designs belong to the platform operator.

12. Suspension or Termination
Accounts may be suspended or terminated for violations, misuse, or inaccurate information.

13. Amendments
The platform may amend these Terms and Conditions and notify users of material changes.

14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
